Rhino crash at shut down

#1

Hi,
I’m getting this crash on shut down of rhino occasionally. Doesn’t seem to hurt anything and I think it might be related to gh and a few addons I’m running with it.

Do you get a dialog box for reporting the crash?

#3

Hi Margaret,

No, with these crashes after shut down no crash reports are generated just these microsoft messages which I’ve cut and pasted here.

I would definitely look at plugins to blame.

#5

Yea those poor plugins they’ve become Rhino’s "usual suspects."

`{ Oh, dear.

Yes, that’s true. We chose when we designed the Rhino SDK to make it possible for developers to get very deep access to Rhino. Doing so makes the SDK very powerful, but also makes it easier for developers to crash Rhino. So, the first thing, especially in very weird crash situations is to see if disabling the non-McNeel plug-ins helps.
