Rhino consistently not working

hi, i have to keep un and re installing rhino every couple days as my Osnaps will completely stop working. I’ll have snappy dragging on, snaps for ends, points, vertexes, midpoints - and not only does it not work, but the gumball movement follows around 10 ft behind my mouse arrow. this has only been changed by completely un and reinstalling the program. this has only happened with rhino 8. is there an issue with the program overall or with my computer?? im using an asus laptop
