Rhino Cloud Zoo Licensing Experiencing Intermittent Issues

Since 5:15 PM Pacific Time, our network engineering team has been investigating degraded performance related to Cloud Zoo licensing. The issues seem to be caused by capacity issues in Microsoft Azure datacenters. We are actively working to mitigate the degraded performance.

Users of Cloud Zoo may experience:

  • Failure to renew license leases
  • Failure to get new license leases
