Rhino 8 vertices deletion leads to random vertices being deleted

Hi all,

When deleting mesh vertices in Rhino 8, that randomly deletes other (unselected) vertices in the mesh for no reason.

I’m working in the same mesh in Rhino 7 because it doesn’t present these bugs.

Commands that I use: _PointsOn (Select Vertices) _Delete

*Also, is there a way to avoid ngons from being created after deleting vertices?

I have logged two issues:

  • RH-81661 Random vertices are getting deleted
  • RH-81662 Why ngons are created instead of holes
