Rhino 8 UI - viewport boundary

Rhino 8 has introduced a thick border around the viewport. Is there a way to get rid of this?

Regression: Toolbar/Panel Border Thickness

Hi McNeel, The border around the toolbars/panels in Rhino 8 are much thicker than in Rhino 7. I’m not sure if that should be considered a regression, but I certainly prefer the thinner borders in Rhino 7. I looked through the advanced settings, but didn’t find any values for customising these. My current “solution” is to make the general background colors the same. This unfortunately also “flattens” the UI visually, and makes it difficult to distinguish tabs etc. But at least the thick borders “disappear”:
