Rhino 8 renderer

I’m eventually going to use Vray or something else as an engine inside rhino when a powerhouse computer is in budget. But Vray trial is not really working much at all.
So my question is, I set sun and sky in my scene/model with rhino renderer, looks fine for the level of quality I need right now, though I need clouds, can’t find a single thread on this.
I’ve upgraded from rhino4 with flamingo to rhino 8, big jump but I’m not having any modeling issues, actually rhino 8 is seriously badass to 4, but I do miss how easy adding trees and clouds was with flamingo/r4

So for now I’m going to just run my rhino8 render for everything I need and continue to build models until I get the computer for rendering. Thanks.

There currently is no such functionality in Rhino 8.

I would suggest using HDRi textures from polyhaven.com in the meantime

Thanks, I downloaded a nice sky with clouds, went into the hdri sky and switched the rhino sky texture with clouds and it’s gonna work fine for now.
