Rhino 8 - Printing PDFs - Nightmare Thread

Testing today’s build “Rhino 8 SR1 2023-11-7 (Rhino 8, 8.1.23311.13281)” against the reported issues.

The CTRL+P or the Print Command is broken, to walkaround it is to use the macro: -Print P

now I can confirm the below:
1- Issue #1 Solved
2- Issue #2 Solved
3- Issue #3 Solved
5- Issue #5 Solved
6- Issue #6 Somehow a progress is being made (No Progress but at least you get a message on the commandline to report that printing is done.
7- Issue #7 Solved.

Open Items that requires solving -

1- Memorizing last print settings (specifically for Display Color Settings and for the List of pages to print (ability to save print presets into a dropdown menu is even better)
2- (Issue #4) The Scaling and the output of the new linetypes needs to offer a WYSIWYG experience, currently it is not sensible especially in the layout spaces, oneway is to be able to define linetype display settings to behave certainly on layouts whether for thickness scaling or pattern segments.
3- a progress bar for printing is still needed for larger sets of prints

Finally., I’m really happy to see things are considered quickly, big shoutout to @stevebaer and @Trav for pulling this huge effort very quickly.
