Rhino 8 | New Layer Visibility Control | doesn't work?

Hi,

I’m uncertain if I’ve grasped the New Layer Visibility Control in Rhino 8. I’ve saved a combination of visible layers for each detail window in the layout. Yet, when I toggle layers in the model viewports during modeling, it alters the details too.

Does this mean to correctly display of saved layer combination in the details, all layers must be switched on? This shouldn’t be user-friendly, definitely not the feature behavior I was expecting in Rhino 8.

hi @tcisar There are different controls now for working with layouts, though they are not visible by default.
