Rhino 8 license not found on MAC, help please!

I have already purchased the license and added it to cloud zoo, but when I open Rhino 8 on my computer it says that the license is not found, I don’t know what to do!!

I can see on your account you have a valid Rhino 8 License, are you logged into Rhino with the same email/account as you are on discourse?

Help → Manage Licensing will show you the account you are logged in with.

Do you have Rhino 7 & Enscape installed?

If so please check the permissions on the folders…

This can also be resolved by removing Rhino 7 & Enscape completely (all support folders) then reinstalling both.
