Rhino wont start on MAC all of a sudden

Rhino isn’t recognizing my license anymore all of a sudden. I haven’t installed anything and i’m the only user. It just spins saying it’s fetching license, asks for you to sign in, finds the license, you press log in and then say license not found.

Please help as my job depends on this app.

Is the license locally installed on your machine or in a Rhino account?

Hello. In all honesty I’m not sure. It’s been almost 2 years so I can’t remember what was done. Is there a way to check this? I would rather that so I don’t have to go through this checking process of locating the license.

Oh, wait, I looked at the first image you posted and it says “Fetching license from Cloud Zoo…” So it’s in a Rhino account. Can you log into this account externally via the main McNeel website > My account?

Yes, If you’re referring to here Rhino - My Account yes I’m able to log in and see the license active.

OK, in that case it’s probably best to either call McNeel or contact them via e-mail so that they can see what’s going on.
