Every operation has a lag in Rhino 8 compared to Rhino 7.
When I place basic 2d rectangle and select it Rhino 8 takes 1 second to show me BoxEdit values and in Rhino 7 the thing is instant. It’s very annoying and honestly I can’t work in Rhino 8 because of it, it’s just much slower and laggy. Can anyone help or has similar issue?

and of course, for diagnosing purposes do each of Japhy’s suggestions separately with testing after each change so that if either cures your problem you will know which it is.
