Bump. I still see this issue in V8 SR14. Anyone know what’s going on?

No it does not (and I’m using the SR15 you sent me earlier now). Do any of the objects in your image have per face colors? All I see are layer colors.

@eobet can you post a polysurface with per-face colors that shows correctly in 7 and not correctly in 8 using these settings? Something as simple as a box would do. I want to have a model we can all base our observations/findings on.

Ah darn, reading the title of a post actually helps. Digging to see if I can find where it comes from. Looks like Ambient Occlusion is messing it up, can you confirm @eobet RH-85579 Ambient occlusion on hides per face colors
