Rhino 7 text fields remains in Autocad after export to .dwg? Specifically about the text area field for hatch command. My trial time is up so I can’t test it myself.
Can anyone confirm please?

Currently, Rhino text fields export to DWG as static Mtext.
In Rhino, if I scale the circle, the Area and Curve Length update.
In AutoCAD, there is no update if the circle is scaled.
Since most of the AutoCAD fields deal with Document details, other than date, there is generally no corresponding field in AutoCAD to assign the Rhino field to.

What a pity! I have an workflow which uses text field in Autocad. I generate fields in Rhino using grasshopper and I’m looking forward to preserve them in Autocad after exporting.

Well, you can help.
Please attach a small sample DWG.
The DWG should contain area and perimeter fields in the format that you want to see them in AutoCAD
When we get the file and see how you want them to be formatted in AutoCAD, we can get a YT logged for this feature to be in a future Rhino.
