When installing rhino_en-us_7.0.20210.12505 (Rhino WIP), the platform is not supported.
rhino_ru-ru_7.0.20210.12505.exe same

For practical purposes, consider Rhino support for win 7 over from here on out. Upgrade to win 10 to continue using rhino v7.
