It appears that users who upgrade to Rhino 8 from Rhino 6 or earlier versions can now obtain a Rhino 7 legacy key which allows use of Rhino 7. Lab and evaluation Rhino 8 licenses are not eligible for the legacy key. This is a change from previously when only new Rhino 8 licenses were eligible for the Rhino 7 legacy key.
