So I am trying to drag a jpeg image in rhino but turns out a blank picture. It’s on the shaded mode. Alo I sent the whole rhino file to my professor and she can see the picture fine. Anyone knows why?

Try switching display mode to Shaded.
You said you “…drag a jpeg image in Rhino”.
What happens if you use the Picture command, select the image file, and place it?
Tried that, still blank T-T
It’s on shaded mode, but still blank.

Have you restarted your Mac recently? I’d try that and also check if Rhino 7 has access to the location on your Mac where you loaded the image from. Did you try from your Documents folder or Desktop for instance? Please also post the 3dm file here so we can see the Picture image details.
AND yes that works now!
Did nothing but restarting my Mac.
Wondering what happens during those magical restarting moments…
