Hi Natnaree -
You’ll need to make sure that the firewall on your machine or on the network that you are on does not block access to https://yak.rhino3d.com.

Hello, I’ve tried disabling my firewall and restarting rhino and my device, but it’s still showing me the same thumbnail error. Any other tips? Thanks!
Hi. I’ve encountered this problem too, and it turns out the solution is very simple. I only want to install weaverbird but can’t access the rhino package manager. The solution is, I open my “windows defender firewall with advanced security”, and in the “inbound rules” I select all the “yak.exe” and disable rule. Then I go to the “outbound rules” and select all the “rhino.exe” and “yak.exe” and also “disable rule” to both. After that I can open the package manager in rhino and search and install weaverbird. After installing I enable rule to both the inbound and outbound rules of the yak.exe and rhino.exe for security (basically return to the previous setting). Hope this helps!
