Looks like you have a firewall blocking that port. Check your firewall rules.

Some diagnostic questions:

Do you have an antivirus program installed?

Are you running a VPN?

Is your PC in a home environment, company office or university?

Are you able to download Rhino updates OK?

OK, let’s run a test on your PC. Open an Administrator PowerShell Window (if you don’t know how to do this: click on the Search box on the Windows Taskbar and type power Windows should display various PowerShell options; pick Run as Administrator).
Paste the following line into the PowerShell prompt and hit Return:

 Test-NetConnection yak.rhino3d.com -Port 443 -InformationLevel "Detailed"

Then paste the results here.

Hi Amir, the test you ran shows that you are able to reach port 443 on the YAK server so your firewall isn’t blocking it (you would have got ‘TcpTestSucceeded: False’ and other errors if it was).

@will, is 443 the only port that needs to be checked?
