Rhino 6 (not responding)

I have no clue why it’s giving me this I can barely even get to the ”file” button any ideas it’s a dell 7010 i7 stright out of the box

You’re running a shamefully old display driver on a very old computer.
A driver update might help but you really need to replace the computer with one that meet’s Rhino’s System Requirements.
