i have a rhino 6 onn a windows laptop core i7, and it’s been going not responding for 4 days now, i have enough storage and everytime i work on it it doesnt save and then goes not responding… i uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still did not work!

Suggest update your drivers. Check the Notifications panel (Panels menu > Notifications) to get a driver update.
i already updated my driver and took it to a place that updated everything and the rhino is still not working, i can try to send you what will pop up when i try to save a file.
I suspect you did not in fact get your drivers updated.
The ubiquitous checking tools can not be relied upon.
You have to manually go look yourself.
In Windows Device Manager > Display adapters, what is the specific model of your Intel adapter?
Right click on it, choose Properties and take a screenshot of the Driver tab.
Please take a screenshot of the GeForce driver tab too.
