Rhino 6 starts up normally. However, when I zoom or move the view port, the whole application hangs.
In addition, it just hangs if I attempt to make any command.
Sounds like a graphic card/driver problem. Can you start Rhino in safe mode without it crashing? Have you tried updating your video drivers?
Hi! Thanks for your reply. I am able to start rhino in safe mode without crashing, and I have already updated my drivers. am running nvidia gtx 1060
this is one of the plug-in load failures when i relaunch rhino 6 normally after a safe launch
Hello - can you please run the SystemInfo
command in a Rhino started normally - not Safe Mode - and paste the results here?

Thanks - nothing jumps out at me here - looks good to me.

Thank you! I am launching other graphics intensive programs to see if there are any issues with my graphics card. This computer is almost brand new- a month old, and I replaced my old laptop due to the same exact issue; rhino6 freezing in this manner and my graphics card not running properly.
Hmmm-
Please make sure that Windows is fully up to date. It’s possible that it is not, on a new machine.

it definitely is up to date as I have been using rhino very smoothly for almost a month. And I have just updated all my drivers and windows as well.
