Feature Request: Alt, Shift, Ctrl + Middle Mouse Button Shortcuts
Hello Pascal and Rhino Team,
One of my biggest secrets: Use the middle mouse button to “'_Zoom _Selected”. Currently, Rhino allows only customization of the middle mouse button alone, but not in combination with Alt, Ctrl, and Shift modifiers (such as Ctrl + MMB). To enhance flexibility and fast navigation, I’d like to request the ability to assign macros (or commands) to combinations involving modifier Ctrl + MMB and for example, assigning _Zoom _Selected.

currently marked future which means it is not on the list for v9

Rhino should support assigning any command or macro to all eight Ctrl / Shift / Alt + Middle Mouse Button combinations.
Suggested mapping:
- Plain MMB → Zoom Selected
- Ctrl+MMB → Points On / Off
- Shift+MMB → Mirror
- Alt+MMB → Fillet / FilletEdge
- Ctrl+Shift+MMB → UV Editor
- Ctrl+Alt+MMB → Join / Explode
- Shift+Alt+MMB → Trim / Split
- Ctrl+Shift+Alt+MMB → BooleanUnion or Hide
Are just examples. Other high-frequency candidates: Array, Offset, Extrude, Group, Lock, SelLast, Zebra, Project, MatchSrf.
Native support would remove the dependency on external mouse software and give MMB the same flexibility keyboard shortcuts already have.
