Left- and right-click open tool, do not work properly on toolbar buttons. see video 1
They open the sub-pallet, instead of opening the tool directly on left-click or right click, as depicted in the info popup.
Also notice the sub-pallet in solid tools button appearing unintended after long delay in video 2
left click are blue, and right click are red.
