Revit to Rhino (steel columns/ beams not coming through)

Hi,

I’ve just used Scotts script to bring geometry through from Revit in Rhino and putting it on different layers according to its Revit category.

It works great most of the time but some steel columns and beams dont appear to come through just the centre line (stick diagram)

Does anyone know why?

I’m using Revit 2019 + Rhino 7

LOD perhaps?

Change to Fine in the Element Geometry Component

Hi, yes thats what I thought as well but I checked it … its all set to fine.

Hi, just had another go at it and it was the LOD. I thought I had to set this to ‘fine’ on the Revit side but now I changed it in the GH definition and it works. All sorted. Great!
