Retaining grouped objects when exporting to autocad

Hi, I mostly do my 2D work in Rhino but occasionally have to finalise documents in Autocad. Is there a way to retain grouped lines for export so that selecting them in Autocad will also select the original Rhino grouping? Maybe more of a question for the autodesk forums…

i’d organize by layer instead of group-

then check to see if layers are respected on import to autocad.
