Restore Viewport

Is there a way to " restore viewport " and not have it go back to default settings…

Example. I change my camera rotation to another degree in perspective view… once i use the " 4 viewport option " it resets all my viewports and all sets the rotation back to 0 .

or is there a way to have the default rotation changed?

Hello- saving a NamedView would be helpful, you can then restore it after your 4View.
