Request to license server results in an error

My colleague, when opening Rhino with his laptop is getting the error: “The request to Mcneel’s license servers resulted in a server error”

Mine and my other colleagues Rhino is connecting just fine to the server (desktops)

We have a cloud zoo license system

Is there a recent known issue with this?
