License server issues

Hi Support,

When I opened Rhino today I was greeted with the following?

My internet connection is working. In another message it said “Server error”.

I urgently need to fix this, since I have to work with Rhino.

I haven’t seen that exact error message before…
Have you tried logging out and then back into your Rhino account?

Yeah, this sucks, already two students and one commercial client this morning…

I have been unable to use Rhino all day. I have contacted support but no response yet. This is a major concern, fortunately I’m not under time pressure today but if this were to happen when I am I would be very unimpressed.

What is the best way to get in contact with McNeel support for some configuration questions regarding cloud zoo stuff? tech@mcneel.com? (is email the preferred contact method for private questions?)

I would say support@mcneel.com would be the best.

I saw the message you sent to tech support and assigned it to AJ a few moments ago.
We’re in our weekly development meeting now.
