The models that have been uploaded in the library fail to open at times. I get this following error, has someone faced this issue before or know a possible fix for this problem?

I could not reproduce the issue for the model above. However, this is likely caused by temporary connectivity issues. If this happens again, please open the browser console and check if any more information is given about the error in the terminal or network tabs.
Thanks for answering @mathieu1. It could be connectivity issue as it happens ocassionally.
I will check the console next time it occurs and post it here.
