Rhino still doesn’t accept relative file path, which is quite annoying. As shown in the image, I have a linked reference(BB.3dm) in project folder, when I need to share the whole project to others, the linked file always appears missing. Let alone sometimes we need higher level referencing (like “../../../Ref/BB.3dm”). So please add this feature in Rhino 9, it’s the best way to find a link for large project. Besides, it’s not difficult right?
Was it not the case a long time ago? Maybe my memory is failing…
If it was, I am very curious as to why it was changed.
I resorted to try and write some kind of wizzard to “batch-relocate” blocks. It’s not that easy to do it safely, not mixing up differwnt versions or risking data loss.
