Crash reports were sent.
No idea how to investigate this as GH crash rhino while it is still loading…? [with a new empty doc]
[no new [or updated] GH plugins, lately .]
I have tested also with all [Rhino] plugins disabled, and the crash is same.
Any ideas?

Bumping this up, as the crash still happens after today’s SRC update.
Looking at the reports the most recent crashes are related to the dendro plugin.
Another way to test GH conflicts is to start via the Rhino command line with GrasshopperLoadOneByOne and say no to 3rd party plugins.

i did one by one.
Dendro load fine.
the crash happens when some GH python is loading.
Are you getting dendro from Food4Rhino? It’s not indicating support for Mac or Rhino 8.
I sent you a video of the crash time in PM ,
as far as Dendro… I don’t remember how i got it, but it has been in my R8 since many month [without causing a crash or other issues]
So i did the load without Dendro, and it didn’t crash. thanks a lot i’ll remove it for now.
regarding this: lots of GH plugins don’t, but many still work fine, they just need a manual instal.
The conflict that cause the crash i’d imagine to be related to some changes in rhino SR… since i didn’t add or updated anything in GH in months [and the crash issue is recent]
Not a lot to go on, lets start by getting you a mac version that works with dendro. You are currently on 8.17, what versions should i pm you for testing?
i actually [just remembered ] have 3 older version on desktop. i can try these.
I updated the above post to say that GH now load if i disable Dendro , and it is fine for me like that for now. But I’ll test with the older versions i have 13, 14, & 15
Edit: down to 8.13 it still crash…
Maybe [possibly] i messed up something in the folder manually [i have a vague memory of perhaps going there and removing duplicates that i created by mistake while copying plugins to the WIP].
perhaps some files are missing now for dendro?
