Rendered mode is grey with default white plaster material is applied

I am using rhino 8 and my objects are grey when on the default rhino plaster material. how do I fix this? I want to see the usual white clean rhino appearance that it usually looks like

Did you switch to the Rendered display mode? If you did, please try to click the button Reset To Defaults in the Rendering Panel
