Removing naked edges to create valid polysurface

I have some weird naked edges in this model. @pascal helped me remove them a while back and now some of them have cropped up again. The methods he helped me employ last time are not working this time (testRemoveAllNakedMicroLoops).

Any ideas?

The object was showing as a closed polysurface, but now it is not.
