I somehow have created a C-plane relationship with the highlighted object
this image above show the C-plane at world top. If I were to move this highlighted object the cplane snaps to it as shown below.
What is this relationship and how do I break it so the c-plane wont update every time the object needs moved.
I know this a new feature in rhino 8 called auto C-plane but I’m running Rhino 7 so I’m unsure what I did and how I can reverse it.

you likely have auto cplane enabled-
auto C-plane is a Rhino 8 function. I’m on Rhino 7, I don’t have that function

can you post your file or an example file that shows this behavior?

run the Mplane command and detach the Mobile Construction Plane from the Rhino Object.

looks like you may have set a mobile cplane to the object,
exploding the part and rejoining it removes that behavior here..
or you can detach the mobile cplane in the mobile cplane command line
