Hello, I am attempting to learn how to rebar via Tekla Live Link and have faced an issue that I can’t sadly solve with my current knowledge.
The issue is that whenever I try to “flatten” the bar group shape the rebar at the end of the bridge crosses one another, this issue isn’t present when “flatten” isn’t applied. Here is a photo and I have uploaded the GH file. Would really appreciate some guidance in how to solve this problem!
It’s because the Brep | Plane intersection at the start and end are right along the edge of the geometry. This might cause the end sections to be slightly different than the other ones and the point order to change. To avoid this, make the sections 1 mm or so from the edge, by e.g. using the Extend Curve component with a negative offset for the road alignment curve:
