Reassign function of the space bar?

Hi all,

I’m a recent crossover from the Mac to Windows which is pretty tough!

I’ve aligned my keyboard shortcuts in all my other programs so that the spacebar allows me pan around the window.

The space bar function in rhino drives me mad because I’m always accidentally confirming things in the command line.

Is there a way to turn off the space bar function?

Or better still - make it so that it can pan like left mouse button?

No, the functionality of the space bar is hard coded and cannot be changed.
