I’m trying to figure out why my raytracing only goes so far and then says “Completed”. The viewport is blurry and never clears up. It stops about 12 seconds into the render. This happens in Direct3D and OpenGL. Am I simply missing something? I’ve reset the settings several times but it stays the same. Any help would be appreciated

There are two separate settings. The first is near the top of the list and sets the production quality. It may be set to a negligible 50 cycles like this:
The focal blur was on for some reason, so I turned it off. The denoiser was off, but it made no difference really on or off. The render still stops at 12 seconds and says “Completed” but the image is still blurry, although not as blurry as with the focal blur.
I may be mistaken, but I thought it used to keep rendering up to the sample limit and then stop. The attached image is better but still not what I think it should be. Maybe I’m wrong, but it feels like it should be better than this.
In “Rhino Options” → “Rhino Render,” check the position of the slider next to the “Viewport resolution sharpness” option. If it is, for example, all the way to the left, the viewport render may appear blurry and pixelated.
