[R8 issue] Annotation arrow scaling itself as one zooms in and out

I think the video is self-explanatory.

To replicate this.

  1. Open the file.
  2. Double click inside the viewport
  3. PrintDisplay => set to On
  4. Double click back out to the layout
  5. Try zooming and you would see the arrow is behaving erratically.

Hi Wiley -
Arrowheads that are applied to curves always display at the same size.
The request to have to scale with the zoom level is on the list as RH-29926 Arrowhead could use a scale feature like leaders

I see. So there is a work around with leaders. Got it. Still it is an undesirable bug that could really help rhino do better tasks with drawing documentation.
