I have a Closed Brep cone from which I want to subtract a Closed Brep twisty shape (actually another twisted cone.) Neither SDiff nor SInt work. Is there a trick I can use to fix this?

A hunch that worked at some scale factors, others don’t.

You might want to move that seam on the “Twisty Closed Brep”.
P.S. A scale factor of only 1.003 works! (R7)

Very interesting Joseph - thanks. Adjusting the scale is not what I’d call intuitive. Ditto for the seam. Fortunately I have no specific specs to meet, so I can tweak the scale factor & find one that works.
Maybe you hit on yet another quirk.
