@Michael_Meyer - It looks like the convention is to input a negative number to make the lower value positive. Is that what you would expect?

if there is a convention, then that is probably the right way.

Is that what you would expect?

No. I prefer WYSYWIG, I would prefill the Upper value field with “+0.2” and the Lower value field with “-0.1”, to show the user how it works, and give the freedom to type a “+”, “-” or nothing infront of these values. Nothing would mean “+” as in math.
