I’m giving you hard times recently but… purge is not purging.
I have imported some map CAD file and it is full of undesired linetypes.
All blocks are exploded, all lines by layer. No reason it can’t be purged.
Please also make linetypes able to delete from options panel.

How to you know linetypes are not purging?
Rhino’s UI shows you document linetypes and Rhino’s internal linetypes event though they are not used.

What if I don’t need them and they messing with my workflow.
I’m trying to avoid it keeping the number to the minimum.
It won’t be necessary. The unwanted linetype is gone after restarting Rhino.
It was present at the linetype panel so I have tried to find any element with this linetype using SelLinetype command and it was selecting none.
It works, but needs reopening the file.
I’m OK with it.
