Problems with Rhino 6 liscense :^(

I’ve been using Rhino since version 4 with few problems. Version 5 is wonderful. My Rhino5/Flamingo systems were fine until I tried to install Rhino 6 and Flamingo 5.5.

Is there a way to totally reset the licenses and re-install all my Rhino/flamingo ? I am totally confused as to what to do now. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

Support from John at McNeel solved the problem and was great. Now Rhino6/Flamingo running well. Support from McNeel is outstanding.
