Hi I am trying to reinstall rhino 5.0 and am being asked for an old version. I have own licenses for rhino 4.0 and neither are working. CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?

perhaps you have changed your e-mail-address for validation, then the license could get blocked.
Contact sales@mcneel.com with both licenses and your current registration information. Then normally you will get help on Monday.
