Problem with Shrinkwrap since last Update

Hi everyone,

since the last update I have troubles using shrinkwrap.

It seems as the operation is using a wrong input and therefore creates edges, where there are none in the initial display. I’m not 100% sure, but it seems as if Rhino uses the untrimmed edges of the surfaces.

Luckily i have a copy of the geometry created before the update. (the white one)

Input Object is the green one (Surface and polysurface)

Hi Mario -

I’m not seeing that here in a quick test with an object made by trimming much larger surfaces:

Please provide both the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command and a 3dm file that we can use to troubleshoot this issue.

Hi Wim,

thanks for the quick response.

shrinkwrap-fail-test.3dm (5.0 MB)

Nevermind, the option “Fill holes” created the error.

As so so often the error is sitting in front of the PC and not inside.

Sorry!
