Problem installing Rhino 6 C++ SDK: claims Visual Studio 2017 is not installed when it is

I’m trying to install the Rhino SDK to develop a plugin on my machine, but the installer for the SDK is failing immediately, saying that Visual Studio 2017 is not installed:

As you can see in the screenshot above, it is currently installed.
I believe I have the required supporting components as well:

Is this because I also have Visual Studio 2019 installed? I’ve had a look through this forum but haven’t found anything about this yet.

I managed to resolve this by uninstalling Visual Studio 2019 and Visual Studio 2017, then reinstall Visual Studio 2017 first.
