Print setup emtpy and no viewport visible

Hi,
A few weeks ago my viewport preview stopped showing the viewport in the print dialogue (ctrl+P). All I get is an empty canvas. Nothing appears on print to PDF either.

System settings:

Just to check - are the scale/margins/positions set up correctly so the stuff to print fits in the window?

They are actually greyed out:

Are you printing from a layout? Is Layout checked under View and Output scale?

It is checked:

Hei Kristian -
Please post the entire SystemInfo data as text.

Takker -
Could you select everything on that layout and run Export, then select the PDF file format. Does that show a preview?
-wim

That actually worked! I managed to make a PDF.

I suppose I could use this workaround in the future, but it would be handy if the normal viewport print function was available also.

Thanks for checking that, Kristian -

Is this with any file? Like a new file from a factory-default template with only a simple rectangle that can be seen in one detail on a layout?
-wim

Try disabling all of these plug-ins in the pluginmanager and restart Rhino. Does the print setup window still have an empty preview?

Yes, this is with any file - even a very basic one like this:

I have tried disabling the plug-ins as suggested - but still empty print setup window, unfortunately.

Expand the visibility section of the print dialog. Do you have selected objects only checked?

It was checked - and unchecking it did the trick! Thank you all for looking into this.
