Possible ways to divide an area into equal areas

Hi everyone,
I am currently working on a parametric masterplan and I ran into a problem that Im struggling to solve. I am looking to divide a set area into equal defined areas but I would like to show all possible options of this division. I think this needs to be done with Galapagos but Im not very familiar with it and Im struggling to get it to work. Has anybody come across this type of problem and could share a solution?
