Populate the inside of a mesh with points?

Hi, does anyone knows how to populate the inside of a mesh with points? or how to test if a point is inside of a close mesh? Thanks!!!

I don’t know why I thought that component test if the point lies on the mesh. But that still is not a very effective way for populating the mesh(you can’'t really specified how many points are gonna end up inside the mesh)
