Point cloud from leica laser scanner to mesh

hi, i have a question on how to make mesh from points cloud? i use Leica scanner…the file is huge around 2 GB, its a pts file. whenever i used meshfrompoints the file crashed. the aim of the laser scanner is to make a 3d model and physical model

I’d look at using CloudCompare or, perhaps, the Rhino Cockroach plug-in.
