Hi, I need help ASAP. I’m new to Rhino, so I don’t really know how to fix this. I’ve noticed that parts of the building I created in Rhino turn completely black in Rendered Preview mode and Raytraced mode. Because of this, I’m not able to get any good render images.
I’ve updated to the latest version of Rhino. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I saw in another discussion that it could have something to do with materials not being fully loaded, but I was thinking it might be related to some settings I accidentally changed or an issue with the lighting.
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste its output here.
A simple 3dm file that shows what you are running into is also greatly appreciated. There is not much we can do with a few screenshots like that.

Thank you. Here is one of the objects that turns black when in render preview mode and raytraced. I have already sent in a copy of my file in the link you sent, but without link to this discussion.
Bingo, it looks like this was the problem. I clicked on the objects that appeared black in Render view, and all of them had apparently been duplicated. I started deleting them one by one, and it seems like this was the issue.
Thank you so, so much for all the help, everyone. I’ve been trying to fix this problem for several days, and I’m so happy now. Thank you so much!
